Cruzando Puentes, Inc. is a non-profit community organization focused on women and families facing economic and emotional barriers. Our intervention combines preventative education, structured support, and strategic partnerships with certified professionals to strengthen emotional and economic stability.
We work primarily with adults from culturally diverse communities who live below 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI) and who face:
Domestic violence or unhealthy relationships
Financial instability
Limited access to reliable preventive education
